The U.S. Department of Defense’s Rare Cancers Research Program (RCRP) is rolling out significant new funding opportunities in 2025 to accelerate research and innovation in rare cancers. Backed by the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP), the FY25 RCRP will support projects with exceptional scientific merit— fueling groundbreaking discoveries in rare cancer biology, novel therapies, and the development of critical research models and resources.
